We had some trail guides that didnt explain the rules to the people that didnt speak English as well and so it made it not as flowy as it could be. All it would take is two minutes teaching them signs or why they need to pull up or kick. It's like driving a car if they know how to hold the reins. An extra bit of time explaining things one on one while putting everyone else on their horses could solve a lot of issues. Also it would be nice to hear something out of the guide about the mountain or some Banff trivia. It's tough because they would have to yell or the back rider should tell some stories.
