Dew Creek Cottage B&B offers a truly unique experience. The cottage and its location make this a wonderful weekend getaway. Perched on the edge of a pond, this former Tea House with magnificent wooden floors is a Crafters delight.
So what makes this experience unique; the fact that we were able to prepare our breakfast from the abundantly stocked fridge. Our host, Tannis, did not miss a thing. Bacon, eggs, bagels, bread, fruit, cheese, jams, jellies. It was a wonderful continental style breakfast that we were able to enjoy on our timetable.
We started our morning sitting before the large windows watching the Goldfinches and grosbeaks only inches away. After coffee we prepared our breakfast and again gazed out the large windows as we ate. The cottage is super clean and well maintained. This was a wonderful experience.
Dew Creek is located a short 15 min. south of Rocky Mountain House and only 2.3 km off the highway. It is a perfect location for a romantic getaway or even a stopover en-route to another destination. We would stay there again!
