Lamento mucho que su expectativa no haya sido cumplida, estamos consternados por no haber logrado nuestro proposito.
He compartido con el personal involucrado sus comentarios, y le puedo garantizar que se tomaran medidas para poder solucionar las fallas que pudimos haber tenido.
Tambien he verificado con Hoteles .com para que se proporcione la informacion correcta respecto a que la vista al mar esta sujeta a disponibilidad.

La habitacion que se le proporciono, fue la habitacion que estaba definida en el paquete que adquirio, efectivamente tenemos una habitacion Deluxe que es la que usted describe, y aunque es pequeña, es completamente funcional.
Lamentmos no haber alcanzado su expectativa, y le puedo asegurar que todos sus comentarios, son tomados en cuenta para poder mejorar de manera constante.

Estimado Huesped,
Primero que nada muchas gracias por sus comentarios, son los que nos permiten detectar los detalles en los que necesitamos trabajar.
Estamos inmersos en un proceso de mejora continua que nos ha permitido ir incrementando el nivel de satisfaccion de nuestros huespedes.
He platicado con el Ama de llaves respecto al detalle del baño , y estamos tomando medidas serias al respecto.
Respecto a la alberca, le comento que tenemos caldera, que de hecho esta recien instalada hace un año y a partir del dia 03 de Diciembre , en base a las temperaturas del agua se ha prendido, mantenemos una temperatura agradable de 26 grados, que es el estandard para una alberca de estas dimensiones.

Aprecio sobre todo sus comentarios respecto a los colaboradores, coincido con usted respecto a que ellos son el principal activo del hotel.

Gracias de nuevo, y esperamos que nos de la oportunidad de atenderle pronto, donde pueda constatar que sus comentarios han sido tomados en consideracion.
