This is a great place to view the sunset; or have a romantic evening. The many small plates; make tasting many different items easy. Fun to share. Lots of fun drinks and imagination. If the evening is breezy.. there are pashimi shawls for the ladies and fireplaces to keep you warm. The food is superb.
We were not staying at the Miraval Residences where Insu Sky Bar is located. We stay at a residence and were told by a neighbor that this is a great place to go for small plates and beverages
to watch the sunset. Wow! They had a special, 4 glasses of wine and 3 tapas for about 250 pesos.
About $20 !! Hope they keep that deal. There are probably 50 choices, which makes it easy to come back. We would generally share but if you're hungary get your own deal.Just can't finish the wine, or you can do 2 cocktails instead.
Menu examples, lamb chops(3), shrimp several ways, mini cheese burgers,potstickers,lobster rolls
and so many more.
But the best (really) is the ambiance and incredible view, And the service!

Food was fantastic (one of my sons went up there every night for their lobster rolls). Drinks were great and the view was amazing!

Awesome Tapas. Great music and ambience. Great views. I could eat here every day for the rest of my life - great choice.
