My Wife and I recently travelled to Puerto Vallarta (Jan 30th 2012 to Feb 7th 2013) During our stay we booked another Vallarta Adventure Tour. We have previously done the Sierra Madre, Dolphin Swim, Off Road Adventure, Whale Watching, Marietas Discovery and Rhythms of the Night (all GREAT!!! Vallarta Adventure Tours). This year we did the San Sebastian Del Oeste tour. What a treat, since I love culture and history this was right up my alley. What made this trip so wonderful was the knowledge, humour and overall pleasantness of Carlos “Joel” our tour guide. A short 90 minute air comditioned tour bus ride, wonderful lunch and great stops along the way. If you are into History and Culture this is a don't miss trip.

P.S. Bring your own toilet paper...lol

The tour to the silver mining town of San Sebastian was great. The trip included visits to a coffee plantation, tequila distillery, excellent buffet lunch and a Hacienda visit. Our guide Leon was very knowledgeable about the history and made the trip very enjoyable and our drive Fidel was excellent

Wife and I just returned from a wonderful trip to Puerto Vallarta. While we were there we both did the "Outdoor Adventure" and I did the Los Arcos scuba dive. We wouild like to give 5 Star to both: the tours and the great staff. On both tours the staff were very professional and safety directed. Yet, they did it in a personal way. We also had a chance to talk with them about their country and their families which made the tours even more interesting.
My wife had posted more on our Outdoor Adventure tour so I'll just add here a little about my dive tour. The Los Arcos tour is a scuba 2 tank dive only. We were a small group of 7 divers. Sorry no whale watching here. Our Dive Master, Hugo, and boat captain were very professional and safety directed, but did it so you felt you were on a personal basis with them. We saw 3 manta rays up very close. One of the rays, about 8 ft wide, circled our group during the 1st dive at least 6 times, actually so playfully that we all had a chance to touch it. We also saw lots of fish, eels, starfish and couple of lobster.
We plan to come back in a couple of years and would do both tours with Vallarta Adventures again. They have a great staff and are well planned.

Thank you to the team, trainers and of course the Dolphins! What an amazing day! Definitely one check off the bucket list! Worth every single penny!! Can't say enough about the beautiful, emotional amazing experience.
