Travelled from Scotland just to eat in Virgine's restaurant having read about her success in the French T.V. Programme "Top Chef".
Yes, the restaurant is very small with only about 24 covers, but with an open kitchen and the opportunity to see her at work it was very rewarding and enjoyable as she is the only person cooking for 50 persons.
The food was absolutely outstanding in taste and presentation, no doubt that every ingredient had been bought fresh from the market that day and cooked to perfection. I would add that the service was very attentive and we were well looked after.
Virgine had time to spare and talk after service and this finished a most perfect evening for us.
