On our recent trip to Zihua, we went to Ixtapa one night for dinner. We wanted a little adventure but with a little knowledge in hand. Thanks to a review on La Fusion, that's where we headed. And, we are glad we did.
Pancho met us as we walked into the second story location. We sat at a table on the balcony overlooking the main street.
The menu is simple but eclectic. We started with ceviche and then moved on to the signature fish dishes with special La Fusion sauces. Pancho kept the tequila flowing, warning me, "Tell me when. I have a heavy hand..."
The chocolate mouse dessert was amazing.
La Fusion has the perfect perch for people watching while you enjoy a nice cocktail and excellent food. And, Pancho is really worth the visit. He is an interesting person.
Enjoy...and, thanks, again, for the recommendation.
