Ruben's was a great place to go get something that your digestive system is more use to! We love Mexican food but sometimes our stomach needs a break. The portions were huge and fries were fantastic. Service was fast and prices good. You also got a break from the vendors interupting you while you ate.
We go to Ruben's at least once a week during the winter. The burgers with cheese and bacon (fried onions and coleslaw) are always good, hot and delicious. Fries are hot and crisp and the beer is cold. Still love it.

Great burger and fries, staff friendly and fast service. Good quality burgers for a great price. Must stop at least once while in Ixtapa.

high price for a small burger and fries. smelled better than it tasted. if you are looking for a bacon cheeseburger? this isn't the place to go. 4.00 for large fries.. kind of expensive
They use sirloin for their burgers and they are grilled (charbroiled). So they have a really good flavor. Comes with an appetizer of peppers and pepper/pickled carrots.... MMMMMM.
