“A place of worship to learn much more from!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 24, 2014

In addition to paying obeisance to Lord Balaji, all of us who have not been to any temple in South India, should visit this temple to learn how a place of worship should be maintained.

Having stayed for many years in Chennai, we're used to the order and cleanliness of temples down South. Hence, we love visiting this temple whenever we get the chance.

Pay a visit; the temple is on a hillock, so the kids will enjoy too! And you will come back appreciating the priests and other people who keep this temple in top shape.

“Temple for peace of mind”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 21, 2014

The temple is situated in bramhagiri where many spiritual centres are around. It is walkable distance from nerul railway station. The temple is nicely built based on agama shastra and all the vedic rituals are followed religiously. Good provision for parking. You can find coconut, flowers, tulsi outside the temple for offerings.

“Serene, Tranquil peaceful abode of Lord Shri Venkateswara”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 12, 2014

I had the opportunity to visit Shri Balaji Temple at Nerul some 4 years ago.Our Family visited the Temple which is situated atop a small Hill near Nerul Railway Station in the early hours of morning. The Sun Rise was a marvellous scene. Once inside the Temple, you forget all your worries and tensions and be One with the Lord. All the Priests here are trained at Tirupathi. I was attracted by the silent, tranquil quiet surroundings and beautiful Temple Architecture. All should visit to get the Blessings of Lord Venkateswara. The Temple is surrounded by a Christian Church, Shree Narayana Guru Temple, Mata Amritananda Mayi Ashram. Truly a Divine Abode of God.

“Good temple in Nerul.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 29, 2014 via mobile

Excellent Balaji temple near Nerul Station with small temples inside the premises. With the recitals of the prayers and the smell of the incense smoke it feels as if u r almost at Tirupati.
