Description: We decided to create a restaurant that preserves flavors and traditions. A place that wouldn’t be ‘trendy’ but for life. We respected the 1920s additions to the 16th- century San Miguel La Noria hacienda, and now enjoy our contemporary traditional style cooking on the terrace, under bird filled green laurels. La Noria is a cyclical and circular space, like the waterwheel that gives us our name, where we can enjoy our preferred pleasures.

“Simply Superb!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 25, 2013

This is a renovated hacienda, with the tables facing the garden. At night, it's lit up to become a magical setting. The service, menu, and food are all first class. Highly recommended.

“Great food in a garden setting”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 15, 2013

We sat on the veranda of this very charming old hacienda that has been converted to a restaurant. White linen inside, comfortable tables. LoTs of greenery and trees outside! Very calming place to dine. Not at all touristy, looks like there were a lot of business men dining. I ordered the mole poblano, it was very tasty! Good variety on the menu.

“A XVII Century Hacienda turned into Restaurant”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 18, 2012

This is one of my personal favorites, the place is gorgeous set into a XVII Century hacienda, all tables looking towards the inner garden with huge trees. Food is excellent, featuring modern Mexican cuisine and great stakes. Make sure to ask for the off-the-menu specials and the season specials, you will not regret it.

We had "escamoles" (ant eggs) which are delicious!
