I have visited this place on by business trip, It was very comfortable stay for me and my business partner. Hotel staff are very help full, they keeps very good cleanliness with in room and in entire hotel as well. Hotel bad are very comfortable to have sound sleep, morning breakfast quality damn good. Most thing I like in Hotel are

(1) Airport drop service
(2) Quality Breakfast
(3) Wi-Fi Internet
(4) Help full staff
(5) Nice location to stay in

We booked this hotel based on online reviews which obviously were fictitious! The first night I noticed bites on my foot. The next morning I woke up with bites on my arms and neck. I am certain it was bed bugs!! If it wasn't for the fact that we got sick and couldn't leave the motel, we would have forfeited our money and moved on. The carpets were dirty. Our feet were BLACK after walking around the room for a short time. The bathroom had footprints on the wall and the floor grout was black. The toilet paper was the cheapest I have ever been subjected too- recycled used paper??! The internet was not working and was told it was totally out of commission with no resolution date. Housekeeping used a shopping cart to pick up the garbage and then came around with the same cart with clean towels which I refused. The only positive I have was the staff was very nice and responsive to a call for clean towels which were hand delivered. I don't normally do reviews but beware of this place!

Thank you for the kind comments regarding the attentiveness of our staff. While the majority of our visitors enjoy their stay with us we have noted the following:

a) Your comments regarding bed bugs.
b) Dirty carpets and floor, and problems with toilet paper and garbage collection.
c) Internet inaccessible.

We apologize for your inconvenience and have taken the following steps to remedy these problems:

a) Our beds are routinely cleaned after each visitor leaves and we have carried out a
thorough inspection of your room and found no sign of pest infestation. We realize that this can be passed on by previous visitors, and have taken steps to make sure that this will not recur.

b) We routinely inspect and clean all rooms. Maids have been provided with further training on maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. Our toilet paper is manufactured using recycled paper in accordance with our environmental policy.

c) Unfortunately we had a fault with our internet connection during your stay, and this has now been rectified.

We are pleased that our staff was attentive to your needs and thank you once again for bringing these matters to our attention.

This was one of the worst hotel stays I've had in a while. When we checked in, the hotel workers oggled us and it made us really uncomfortable. The floor was so dirty it left our feet black. The carpet hadn't even been vacuumed since there were sunflower seeds left on the floor from the guest before us. The pillows weren't even pillows. They were about the size of half a pillow and couldn't even fill out a standard size pillow case. The room was musty and damp. Our linens were dirty and stained. The "cleaning cart" with linens and supplies is a Toy-R-Us shopping cart. The hotel advertises for free high speed wireless internet but it was not active throughout our entire stay and when the front desk was contacted about it, it was reported "down for service and they weren't sure when it would be available again". I would NEVER stay here or recommend the Rodeway Inn in Springfield PA

Thank for bringing these matters to our attention, and while most of our guests are happy with their stay we have taken steps to remedy the problems you have experienced. We summarize your comments below:

a) Your feeling of discomfort with our staff.
b) The standard of cleanliness of the floors and linen.
c) Lack of internet connection.

Here are some of the actions we have taken in response to your comments:

a) Our staff is normally friendly to our guests, but all members have been given suitable training on how to make guests feel comfortable when they arrive.

b) Our standards of cleanliness are normally high. We have thoroughly inspected each room and cleaning staff has been provided with further training on maintaining these high standards.

c) We had a fault with our internet connection during your visit for which we apologize. We were awaiting technical support from our internet provider, and our reception staff has been instructed to be more proactive in informing visitors of such problems.

Thank you once again for pointing these faults out to us. Our guests generally enjoy their stay with us as we are sure you will also the next time you visit.

My first impression was that the hotel was very clean, also clean smell in all the areas including the rooms and bathrooms. The manager and staff went out of their way to serve us and we didn't feel like leaving the place.

Good show.

While the staff is great and the hotel is undergoing renovations, the rooms were not up to par. The AC did not cool enough.

Everything was excellent given the budget nature of the hotel. Cable tv and internet access were quite good. A/C worked very well (very cold to me, the person sleeping right next to it). My only complaint was that they didn't have orange juice for breakfast (something ike Tang instead). Good location for what we were doing (college touriing) and price was very reasonable (for the Philly metro area). I have no problem recommending this to the budget minded traveler.
Be aware that all rooms are first floor - motel; you park right in front of your room.
