We stayed here a year ago for my boyfriend's company trip and loved it. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We upgraded to a swim up and VIP option, which made the experience even better. I highly recommend a swim up room because you automatically have a seat at a pool and don't need to save a spot early in the morning.
The food was good. Like all all-inclusive resorts (in my opinion) it was not fantastic, but it was good with many options. I especially loved the hibachi--we went a couple times.
The only thing I don't LOVE about Cabo is the beach and how you're really not allowed to swim in the ocean, leaving you stuck with only the pool. I'm an ocean girl, so being confined to the pool was tough for me. And believe me, it's hot, so you want to be in/around water at all times. Of all the pools, I really enjoyed the adults only one in the back of the resort...it's less chaotic and quieter.
The rooms are quite beautiful as well as the resort. It's very grand and the entrance is quite spectacular.
If you're okay with only having a pool as an option for swimming, then I highly recommend this resort. It's beautiful and the staff are wonderful.
