“Cooking School”

We had a cooking school here with Chef Enrique. Learned a lot and made everything from roasted peppercorns, herb infused olive oil, chicken with green sauce, carrot soup and squash flowers for dessert.

“You're foolish if you miss this.”

Assuming that you enjoy preparing and eating delightful food in a gorgeous environment, this is as close to heaven as you'll get. Chef Enrique is obviously obsessed with creating an afternoon you'll not soon forget. I simply can't say enough - don't miss it.

“dinner on the farm”

If you are looking for something different on on your trip to Mexico,this is it.As other reviews have stated,its off the beaten path.Our cab driver wasnt even sure where it was and when he took us off the main road on to a sand road i could already read the headlines back home.The surroundings are amazing and the food is even better.I could go on and on but it would be better if you just went and experienced it for yourself.

“Organic farm to you dinners”

Like that of Dora's Farm this restaurant requires a drive down a dirt road similar to a race in the Baja 1000. When you think the cab has brought you down a road to kill you.... you're about half way.
Organic vegatables and home grown animals you are going to be spending over a hundred for two people. Romantic, with linen shades wafting from the breeze above your head on an artistic patio this 1800's building will remind you of a Tuscan retreat. For a tourist, at tourists prices this is a ,"do it once" in my book as I can't see paying European prices in Mexico...

“Good Food”

We arrived at the restaurant safely. I say that because you really need a 4 wheel drive vehicle to get there over unlit dirt roads. Not an easy ride and you need really good specific directions. The place is rustic but charming and small.
The selections are good and delicious. The featured fish was yellowtail and very tasty. My husband ordered the Cornish game hen. It was served with a side dish of very tasty mashed squash and ratatouille . We ordered stuffed eggplant and stuffed calamari as appetizers. They were flavorful and outstanding. The beet and arugula salad was great and chock full of beets. One of my favorites. There was an unusual desert selection made from a squash. Not sure what kind of squash but it tasted like a cross between mincemeat and pumpkin pie. We shared it and agreed that it was very tasty. I ordered the flan and it was okay. It is an adventure but worth it. The service was slow but we didn't mind. Think it's worth the drive and the food is delicious. It needs a little work but its a different kind of dining experience.
