The staff at the Hilton were absolutely the best!!! The grounds were immaculate, i received turn down service every night, and the food was delicious. The management is on top of everything so nothing is left to chance and all the staff do their part. The overall design of the hotel was great. Amazing views from everywhere in the hotel. All 3 restaurants overlooked the the pool and beach. I really could just relax by the beautiful pool or stunning beach and turn the engines off. I highly recommend for couples, singles, and families. Thanks Hilton Staff!!

Stunning views, elegantly appointed guest rooms, gorgeous pool and beach area, and the absolute BEST service--friendly, attentive, and genuinely interested in customer satisfaction. Can't wait to go back!

I have been to the Hilton Los Cabos Beach Resort twice (February and July). Both trips were family trips. I love this resort because it's nice without being too stuffy. There are lots of amenities and the kids space is great. There are 2 pools and since they changed the chair reservation policy (you can no longer put towels out at night to reserve your chair) there is no major rush to get down to the pool. Our second trip we bought the package that includes the buffet breakfast - and it was a great deal. I eat gluten free and the staff was so accommodating and thoughtful. It made a huge difference. Make sure you check out Flora Farms - it's a bit of a drive but truly worth it to have a great dinner off-campus. Also make sure you stay in an ocean view room. The first time we were way in the back looking off to the side of the resort next door. The ocean front really makes a difference. I would also recommend the hotel offer legitimate free wifi - in this day and age it is expected.

Room Tip: Choose a higher floor and ocean front or ocean view.

This resort is beautiful. The pool is great and it has a magnificent beach. The nightly rate in July was good, but its the amenities that get you. A drink at the swim up pool bar is around $13. Breakfast buffet is $28, unless you are a Hilton Gold Member. Swim up bar service ends fairly early so if you want to stay out at the pool at night, you need to order from a waiter and one waiter serves the whole pool area and room service. There were a few times that service in the evening at the pool took an hour or more to get a drink. I recommend bringing your own booze, but there is a $20 corking fee for wine if you bring it into the restaurant or bar.

Room Tip: The rooms are beautiful!

My husband and I attempted to stay at this hotel for a portion of our honeymoon and after the worst customer service, continually being ripped off and lied to by the concierge (they scam you with the taxis. . . Take the tourist bus for $2), bed bugs, a disgusting smoke smell all throughout the property, a broken kitchenette (missing half the inventoried dishes and cabinets literally falling off the hinges), electricity outage (including air conditioning) with no concession, stains on the bedsheets and all pool layout beds, paper thin walls, non-sliding doors (skreetching), all unfiltered water, roaches by the pool, and being stuck in between the 2 towns right off the highway (literally nothing near by and you cannot walk anywhere as its a highway), we ended up flying home early to cut our losses. The week before we had stayed in Cabo San Jose and had a fantastic experience so we were excited to try the Hilton and be closer to Cabo San Lucas and it was terrible and disgusting! When we complained about all of out issues, nothing was done to fix anything and we could not get our money/points back on the nights we didn't stay for after we left. The hotel description and pictures are completely misleading!!! Stay in Cabo San Jose (calm and quiet with newer properties and retail/restaurant developments or Cabo San Lucas with the "typical" Cabo party atmosphere.

We just returned from a ten night stay at the beautiful Hilton Los Cabos. The amenities and hotel are incredible, the staff and service are fabulous, and we really had an amazing time! My one complaint is that the kids club video on the hotel's website is completely misleading. My kids had watched and re-watched that video countless times since we booked our vacation in February. My tween was excited to get a pedicure on the beach and take cooking/pastry classes, my boy couldn't wait to hit a piñata, and my youngest couldn't wait to wade in the kiddie pool with staff members throwing balls back and forth. When we arrived there, unfortunately, the schedule for the kids club was all indoor activities (they don't leave the room)- primarily existing of video games/technology, and movies. There was one craft or art project each day, which my kids enjoyed. We were told by Imelda (she's AMAZING by the way!) that the video was really just marketing. My kids were so disappointed. The assistant manager, Christian (I believe was his name) was WONDERFUL and accommodated my frustration by having the kids decorate a piece of cake with some whipped cream and toppings (not quite like the video, but it was a lovely and VERY sweet gesture), and had not one, but TWO large pinatas to hit on our last day there. Overall, we LOVED everything about this gorgeous resort. I just am hoping for perhaps some outdoor activities for the children, and maybe to change the video on the website since it is so misleading. Special thanks to Gabriela and Angie (the FANTASTIC trainees), to Imelda (again- FABULOUS!), Ulises (the GREATEST waiter that exists), and to management for accommodating us!

We spent a week at the Hilton as a part of our honeymoon. It was a great week after a busy week in Vegas it was just what we needed.
We had a full sea view room, and what a view!
From the time arrived to the time we left the staff couldn't do enough for us, starting with a welcoming cocktail at the bar whilst checking in.
Everywhere was immaculate, the pools were relaxing, and pool staff on hand to cater for everything you could want.
All the restaurants were superb, from breakfast to the Mexican to the Italian , pool side sushi, or pizzas,sandwiches and burgers. All were excellent .
The hotel is well positioned to go to Cabo San Lucas or San Jose, we got the local bus, and taxi's to and from both with no problems.
Couldn't recommend this place enough, and would love to return one day
