Just back from our 8th stay at the Cabo Hilton. We have stayed at other places that are good but the Hilton really takes your vacation to another level. They really do look for opportunities to exceed your expectations. The service is just outstanding. Love the long days by the pool - drinks to order, great food and views. As for the save the chair complaints, no biggie. I becomes a part of your routine and there are ALWAYS charis open at the second pool if you dont get 50 yard line at main pool so get over it. we had a group of 7 people and always got chairs together with little stress. Jorge (of the jungle) is always a welcome face by the pool, he really really loves his job and that is such a treat for guests by the pool. Hotel was clean as always, housekeeping was quick and effective, comfy beds...it's just all so good!
If i had to find something to call an opportunity it would be options for dinner at resort - but really dont mind since we like to go out anyway but the eveinging food is no where near as good as breakfast and pool food. And im sure in an effort to cut costs, the in room products changed (used to LOVE the L'occitane!) and wine list was bluesy but i'll take that over compromised service any day.
There is NO DOUBT we will stay at this hotel again and very much look forward to it - THANK YOU to the Hilton team for always making us feel like we have returned to our home in paradise every time!!
