“Loved it but...”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 14, 2013

Our whole family did the dolphin experience in Aug. 2012. Kids ages 10-16 and two forty somethings. While it does have a wait in line with the masses and climb into the kinda gross water side to it, it was still an experience we all loved. You get quite a lot of time with the dolphins and a variety of different tricks from the basic handclap to actually riding on their backs, twice. There is a photographer that captures all of this and of course you can buy the pictures at the end. I think we spent about $100.00 for the complete disc but there are some amazing pics so it was worth it. You can have someone take pictures from the dock but they won't be able to get the angle or very close shots unless they have a good long lense. Take some decent towels in the car and leave your valuables behind. They have lockers but they are small. You will be wearing the life vest provided and in the water almost the whole time.

Finally, I see here that someone has mentioned that it is an inhumane practice which does make me think a little, maybe it is. Some of the dolphins seems to enjoy their job more than others.

“Love it Love it Love it!!!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 12, 2013

This was the most fabulous part of our whole vacation in Cabo!! I booked our reservations before we left the states. Next time I will book transfers with it. We paid taxi fares and they were expensive. 45 min ride from Cabo San Lucas but worth every min. of it. I had swam we the dolphins in The Rivera Maya with the same company and it was great. This trip we got the best package out there and wow was it worth it. The dolphin foot push is out of this world!!!! the trainer we had was awesome and she was so patient with all of us. We got our money's worth for sure. Would do this again next time.

“don't support trapped abused animals”

Living in a caged area under a polluted marina bridge is a mother and her young dolphin, they barely have room to swim. It's a tragic scene and all I wanted to to was free them, but one way is a concrete wall and the other is a boat parking lot.

“Water was freezing, too deep for children under 4'”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed January 4, 2013

We had 4 kids in our group, ranging from 3 to 8. The 8 yr old was ok in the water, but the 3, 4 and 6 yr old needed to be carried. With only 2 adults, the 6 yr old was basically unable to go into the water and had to watch from the side bank. Unfair!!! They should've told us. The water was stagnant water from the ocean - very unclean and had fishes of all sorts which completely spooked the 8 yr old and brought her to tears. It was also very very cold - colder than the ocean water. The two little ones refused to even put their toes in. The show was also very short. They say 45 mins, but it was no more than 20 or 25. The bathrooms were stinky and terrible. I would definitely recommend the dolphin encounter at the marina. The kids get to ride the dolphins there and feed them as well. Skip this one - it's a waste of money.
