This place is a bar-restaurant on a busy corner. It is noisy, but the prices are GREAT ($1 beers) and a 75 peso entree and one beer special. I had the recommended fish tacos and they were delicious. It is a great place for lunch, happy, hour, or a cheap dinner.

My server was very friendly, professional, and knew the menu.

One day when we needed a break from walking around San Jose, we stopped into this neat little bar and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We watched some sports, got to know the staff and just generally forgot all about shopping for souvenirs. We strongly recommend it as a good place to just kick back.

My family and I had a wonderful time at the lovely little corner bar....there was a big group of us and had us all together laughing and having a great conversation with us! Unfortunately I was very sick on vacation, and they were very kind in giving me honey and lime shots to sooth my sore throat, it was very generious and it was all fresh! The meal was delicious and great service from all staff, tastey margaritas and yummy fruit platter, and tastey fresh tacos!!!
Wish we had another visit before we left!

GREAT food that is authentic, and really value priced. Two of us said these are the best fish tacos we have ever had. Lunch specials can't be beat at $7.50 (including beer)- really excellent salsa and sauces that come with chips, too.

Staff are friendly and you can be sure the food is made fresh. We'll go back. The people next to us were enjoying the Chili Rellenos and said they were FABULOUS!
