Flora Farm's is a must for visitors of Los Cabos. Located in the San Jose Valley, outside of San Jose, close to the new Marina, this place is magical. It starts with the drive on the dirt road that looks like you are going out into the middle of no-where. However, you come down the hill, turn to your left and enter the parking area and you begin to see what a special place this is.
Start with a Farmarita, margarita made with carrot juice, to take on your walk around the grounds before your reservation. Plan to arrive at least a half an hour before so you can take everything in.
We were seated in the bar close the stage where two men played classical music. Service was prompt and attentive.
We started with the oysters from La Paz, outstanding. Pizza's are great, salads are great. Beet carpaccio, yum. French Fries, yum.
We enjoyed two carafe's of home-made Sangria with rose wine, grilled oranges, cherries, mint, brandy, very tasty.
I recommend arriving so you get to see the place with the sun up and down.
Great for large groups. I like to sit in the bar area, close to the music.
Reservations are a must. I tried to make a reservation in May and needed a week to get in during high season.
