Two couples enjoyed a great, first-time fine dining experience at Morgan's Cellar. Having previously frequented Morgan's (at the same location), Morgan's Encore and El Chilar, Morgan's Cellar combines the best of all three under the watchful eye of Executive Chef Armando Montaña ... who previously owned El Chilar. The decor and ambiance is very tasteful and the live music appreciated. Our meals included the Tuscan Slow Roasted Tomato Soup, Caesar Salad, Hearts of Artichokes, Queso Rouladen and a Steak Strips. Portions and presentation were great, as was the service we experienced by Sergio. Living in the area for six months a year, it is nice to have a fine-dining option we'll definitely re-visit. If you have the time, have a drink at the bar and visit with Luis whose truly bi-lingual and very helpful. There is parking down and across the street for customers. This is much appreciated in the congested downtown area.
