Not your average restaurant in Mexico, especially not on the Baja penninsula. The pastries, bread, truffles and gelato at the bakery are fabulous and as you would expect from a french bakery in the states (okay gelato is Italian but you get the picture, no?). The restaurant menu is upscale, creative and very continental. At lunch we particularly enjoy the crepes which are tender and flavorful with lovely sauces. The bakery kitchen and the restaurant kitchens are visible from the tables and are as neat and clean as the proverbial pin. A meal at this restaurant is our treat (reward?) each time we make our way to San Jose del Cabo. And we never leave with out a quiche or a few croissants for later.
