“¡Just Delicious!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 12, 2014

Not your average restaurant in Mexico, especially not on the Baja penninsula. The pastries, bread, truffles and gelato at the bakery are fabulous and as you would expect from a french bakery in the states (okay gelato is Italian but you get the picture, no?). The restaurant menu is upscale, creative and very continental. At lunch we particularly enjoy the crepes which are tender and flavorful with lovely sauces. The bakery kitchen and the restaurant kitchens are visible from the tables and are as neat and clean as the proverbial pin. A meal at this restaurant is our treat (reward?) each time we make our way to San Jose del Cabo. And we never leave with out a quiche or a few croissants for later.

This is a must stop when in San Jose Del Cabo. Everything made in their bakery right on the premises. The chef comes out to great you. The meals are delicious. Great staff. Wonderful service. Reasonable prices. Chocolate is extraordinary!

“Not Bad”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 12, 2014

Nice setting, clean, cozy and very good pastry and breads. Had breakfast a few times, good service, menu a cut above your basic bacon and eggs with crepes, espresso, sort of like a French bakery!

“Best Pan de Chocolate and Croissants!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 11, 2014

Owning a timeshare in Los Cabos, every year we travel to San Jose just for the delicious Pan de Chocolate and Croissants. This trip we enjoyed lunch upon arrival in San Jose and when we left, we had breakfast. Both meals were great! The new owner Jerry has maintained the great authentic recipes from the previous owners. The coffee is so rich and flavorful! And the service staff are excellent. So glad Jerry has continued this great restaurant! Thanks Jerry.

“Best Dessert in The Cabos!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 13, 2014

My wife and I come to this bakery for the baked goods. The croissants are out of this world! They're flaky, buttery goodness! The giant macaroons are coconut heaven in the mouth. We haven't had a pastry there that wasn't excellent. The prices reflect the quality of ingredients used in baking the pastries.
To be fair, we have only eaten breakfast and had desserts there. We either eat our pastries there or take them to go.
I feel the best thing to do with the desserts is buy them early in the day while there is still a variety as many of the local restaurants buy their desserts from them as well. Buy them, take them back home & eat them later on the veranda. We have been coming here for over 10 years and it has never disappointed.
