They were the best! It's a nice little place about 5 blocks from the marina/beach. We are so thankful for all there help, they went out of are way to help us get a shuttle, then we missed the shuttle (are fault)so the guy that lives there drove us in his own car to catch the shuttle at another hotel, only to realize when we got to the airport via shuttle that we had left are passports at "The Mexican Inn" I was crying, upset, couldn't leave Mexico, and had 5 kids at home that were waiting for us! This guy at the hotel drove his car to the airport and brought us are passports! I was so thankful, and I gave him 50.00 for his troubles, gas, time, ect..The girl at the front desk didn't speak much English, but she tried her very hardest to help us out, and she did! Very kind, sweet, & Funny gal. She called her sister to translate for us when the other guy wasn't there. Really went out of her way as well. I wish I spoke more spanish, I think she would make a great friend!

Great B&B on the outskirts of Cabo - down a dusty road into the suburbs but yet very close to town. Nice atmosphere and lovely basic rooms. You have access to the b&b fridge for cervezas, etc. A room safe would be a bonus. We did not get to meet the acclaimed owners; we cannot speak to their friendliness and assistance. The other staff are friendly but have no english so we were unable to ask for recommendations - but it is Mexico afterall.

The only concern I had was we booked the room off the Mexican Inn internetsite, but when we arrived (a week later), the price they were advertising was cheaper. I thought that was not really welcoming.

The breakfast is continental with coffee, toast and fruit.

Obviously patrons return as one couple took over the place making drinks and conversing with the other guests. A very friendly atmosphere. I would recommend and would stay again.

I came for the Christmas holiday and had booked my reservation over the internet. Unfortunately, we were overbooked- immediately the staff, the owner, called me and accomodated all our needs. Diana was amazing and Norman helped in any way he could. We eneded up staying in a place also owned by the mexican hotel- just as great. I highly reccommend this quaint, authentic hotel. If I ever go back this is where I will stay- in fact I just told a friend to stay here who will be going in April. Loved it : )

My husband and I stayed at the Mexican Inn for 5 days, June 25-30. We stayed there on the strength of the reviews on this web site. Everything you read is absolutely true. It is just as lovely as the pictures you will see. The staff is as pleasant, welcoming and helpful as described. I used their internet to check my email daily. The rooms are very clean and coordinated. The bathrooms are very nice as well. There are tiles throughout the rooms, an air conditioner and an overhead fan as well as mosquito netting above the bed. I didn't see one creepy crawly the whole stay anywhere on this property. The courtyard is like a mini paradise. I enjoyed reading at breakfast under the palapa patio each morning. We stayed in Michelle. We were the only people there for a couple of days and I peeked through the window to see the other rooms. They were just as lovely and coordinated as ours. I like that there are less than 10 rooms to the whole place. You simply cannot beat this place for the price, the ambience, the attention, the convenience. I could say so much more but I'm sure you get the idea from all the posts. This is probably the only time that the old adage it's too good to be true is all wrong. The only people that won't like this place need phones in the room and cable/satellite television. Anyone else will be very happy with this choice.
