We just got home from our FIRST trip to Cabo and had an absolutely GREAT time... Dreams was a wonderful all-inclusive and I would definitely stay there again. The resort was excellent - we felt very spoiled the whole time we were there... We had no problems (except for flight-related problems due to weather delays...but that's a different story...). We went thru Apple vacations and the Apple rep right on site took care of everything for us. We usually tipped because the service was so good, but if we forgot to take money with us and didn't tip, there was no difference in the service... We were always treated special... I just wanted to go on record as an extremely satisfied and happy guest of the Dreams Resort in Cabo...I would recommend it to anyone... Thanks, Dreams...

JUST RETURNED ''' my wife and i just came back from a week at the dreams resort actually club casa dorado which is the timeshare name for this resort. after going to cabo for the last 12 years we decided to purchase through the resale market through holiday resales here in seattle wa. I am blown away by the sad reviews i see posted about this resort this was the only property we were interested in when deciding to buy and we do expect alot from our vacations and have never been dissapointed in cabo or this resort first let me say i run into these haters from time to time at the pool in the lobby always complainig about something these are the same people who if given a million dollars would bitch for two million all i can say is quit going stay home and leave paradise to the people who respect and are thankful for it. the staff at this resort is great im tired of seeing vactioners acting as if they are the only person to be helped or waited on acting like spoiled brats the mexican people are so thankful for what they get in tips that they almost to reserved to take them they do not expect anything but are always gracious when given something try to get anyone here in the states to do anything for 2 to3 bucks you will be laughed out of the hotel . in closing i hope all the haters will stay home tend to your miserable job kids or life that makes you the way you are and leave paradise to us who like being alive.

We stay in this resort from Apr 8 to the 15th.
We found it that the resort it is the most elegant and relaxing place to expend your vacations. The Suites, restaurants a la carte and bars make the diference in this All Inclusive resort. We try the fish tacos everedy day at the Sea side restaurante, the breakfast buffet are incredible mexican taste, we spend some time at the SPA WOW!!! the service and the treatments are so relaxing, if you are planning to going there ask for Carmen, She is a great therapist.
We want to be there ASAP again.

I'm in charge of our company's annual sales incentive meeting. This year we took 125 people to Dreams Los Cabos for a 5 night stay. Trip dates were 4/26-5/1/2006.
These types of trips work on two levels, first you have the normal impressions any guest would have about the facility, the rooms, the food and the service. Second you have all the issues that go along with a large group, rooming lists, private functions, master account billing and other special needs. Our trip was a big success on both levels. I would heartily recommend this property for both leisure and group travel. The facility itself is beautiful and well maintained. Food and beverage is a cut above other all-inclusive properties we've used and is on par with the quality of some of the finer non-inclusive resorts I've used recently. There are lots of activities to keep guests occupied including regular shuttles that go to both Cabo San Lucas and San Jose Del Cabo making it simple to get off property and enjoy some shopping or sightseeing. One thing that amazed me on both my initial inspection trip and while the group was there. Even though the hotel was running at 96% occupancy, it never felt crowded. We never had more than a 20 minute wait for a seat at a restaurant and usually just got right in. Service at all the restaurants was quick and efficient.
From a group standpoint, I've rarely had a meeting go this smoothly. We had seven private functions ranging from business meetings to receptions to plated dinners and each one was a memorable event. The onsite coordinator who handled all of the pre-arrival arrangements was onsite for each event making sure that every detail was taken care of. Onsite changes were easy to make and were all done correctly. I even had the hotel line up the entertainment for two of our functions and their choices were perfect. Best of all, the master bill fell right in line with the quotes. Was it perfect, of course not. There are always some problems but they were all very minor and were quickly resolved.
Based on our experience, whether you're looking for a spot for a relaxing vacation or a fantastic resort to take a group, you can't go wrong with this property.
