We just returned from Dreams on March 3rd. It was absolutely gorgeous and would highly recommend it. It was an anniversary trip for us and the staff made it very special. The facility is very clean and the rooms are comfortable. They clean the rooms twice daily and replenish everything you'll need including tooth brushes and tooth paste. We found the food to be very good with a big variety. They were very good about accomodating my special requests at dinner since I watch my diet closely and like to omit sauces and butter. The gym was good and they kept it nice and cool. I loved the spa treatments. My husband enjoyed the golf that we set up at the hotel. The entertainment was good one evening, but just alright the other nights we attended. Went into town easily to both Cabos San Lucas and San Jose on the public buses for $1.25. Sure beats the $12 the hotel shuttle costs and we had no trouble at all. Had a great excursion from the Marina and booked it ourselves when we went down one morning. We got a lot more for our money than we would have had we booked at the hotel. We paid $49 and went to the Point-Lovers Beach and Divorce beach, whale watching (incredible), snorkeling, had lunch and anything you'd want to drink for 3 1/2 hours! It was great. I'd go back to this property again with no hesitation.

We enjoyed every minute at Dreams Los Cabos. Our room was large, looking over the pool area. While the pool area was busy, it was never so noisy that we had to shut the door to our balcony.
And speaking of the balcony, we could enjoy sitting with a beverage from the well stocked mini-bar (part of the all-inclusive package) and watch whales swim by! The room was immaculate. The staff, very accomodating.
We sat around the fire pit at night, joined by friendly people from all over the world. Lots of fun conversations.
We've been to Mexico many times, but this was our first visit to an all-inclusive. We found each of the restaurants to have enough variety, very good food, great cocktails and wine, and fine service to keep us on the premises for a week, heading out for only a couple of meals.
We booked this trip through Apple. Apple had a rep on site to answer any questions about the area as well.
We would return to Dreams in a minute! For now, I'll have to look out at the snow and just dream about it.

This hotel was amazing we stayed her the week after thanksgiving. I have to say i was nervous due to reading all the reviews. We got there they gave us an excellent room my jaw dropped when i saw the room for the first time! All of the food was great no complaints at all except for the 10 pounds we all gained!!! I did not see any bugs at all a few bees but hello they are every where. The staff was great in arranging all of our outings, we did the pub crawl i would pass on that if i had it to do again. We did the glass bottom boat and decided to go into town next time i would get off on lovers beach the in town trip was sort of like going to one of our malls. We did the zip drives which were so much fun and a great way to challange any fears you might have!! We went to all the shows which were great and i know some folks complained about some of them but they are in the evening after dinner time so i am sure the hotel had babysitting.
At the time we went the hotel was not crowded and if there were towels on the chairs which usually there were we moved them since there is signs all over not to save chairs, no one ever said anything to us ,on the night of our anniversary we had a romantic dinner on the beach included with our package and massages at the spa it does not get much better than that. They have a beach walk about 20 min long to the swimable beach at the hilton once you know where it is you can go there anytime you want and its a great way to walk off some of the calories! I am looking forward to going back again and doing some of the activities we did not have time to do on this trip.

Beware! Our vacation at Dreams began upon check-in when we were greeted by a woman who presented herself as hotel staff and got us our welcome drinks . We assumed she was the concierge and booked a couple of excursions with her, finding out later that she set us up on an awful time share presentation and outright lied about it. I was furious and wasted a day in Cabo because of this. Come to find out later she was NOT supposed to approach guests and was NOT a concierge. The management did nothing to compensate us for this awful experience and to boot I nearly chopped my finger off in one of the lounge chairs by the pool. Be careful - apparently other tourists have had the same injury! The backs of the chairs are very heavy and will slam down very quickly. There was a man named Jean Louis who stepped in during the injury and took care of me - cabbed us to a hospital where I got stitches - he then paid for the cab rides and my medicine and supplies.

The weather was cold and windy and they have very few heat lamps that are working. The manager at the hotel did nothing about our being lied to and did not even give us a perk to make up for it!

The housekeeping staff and wait staff were very friendly and very accommodating. The whales were amazing - we could see them from the hotel. The beach is not swimmable. The rooms are very nice.

The food was not as good as Secrets Resort in Playa Del Carmen (same company).
