It's a great experience. And I've done a few of those dinner cruises. Beautiful ship, excellent menu, great show, they got it all.
Couple of words of advice I can give is to get there early. If the ship sails at 6, don't get there around 5:45. The party's been going on since 5:00!!!
Other little advice on the menu. Don't go for combos. I mean seafood/steak combos. Make a choice. Don't get me wrong, the shrimp/fish and the steaks are both excellent. But the meal is delivered in one plate. The seafood white wine cream sauce is out of this world, and the brown beef sauce over the steak is just as good! But these two sauces mixed in the same plate sort of contradict each other and when blended together lose some of their magic.
