My husband is a Hilton Grand Vacation member and this is one of their resorts. We traveled with my teenage daughter and her friend. The property is beautiful. There were always adequate beach lounges and there were quite a few hammocks in the shade which was a nice added touch. The pools were beautiful and always very clean. The property is large and we often took a golf cart to get to our room. The rooms are quite nice. We always had enough towels and soap and our rooms were made up promptly. The fitness center and spa are stae of the art. For those who like wine, they have wine tasting on Fri and Sat night at the Spa. We came in on Friday night and were not told about this and by the time we realized that this was only on Fri/Sat we had already made plans for Sat PM. I was a little dissapointed about that. . Overall it was a great experience.

If I had to change some things:
1) They did not have a big variety for eating options- including a variety in price. I would have liked to have seen a lower cost restaurant ( like a beach hut of sorts) that I could just walk up to and grab a bite for lunch or coffee for breakfast. They do have a nice restaturant called penninsula where we had some great food but it is pricey and it is a "sit down" and eat restaurant.
2) The location wasn't the best (wasn't the worst either but...). A cab into town and back ran around $50 and the Shuttle only about $10 less. I would like to have seen a shuttle at a lower cost for guests. Renting a car wasn't much better- anywhere from $60-120 a day.
3) I wish the balconies in the rooms were bigger. My family likes to sit out and play cards on the balcony/deck after a day in the sun.
4) They need a bigger store (so you dont have to go into town to shop) where you can get things to much on and some quick breakfast snacks and a 6 pack of beer if you just want to relax in your room some evenings.
5) I would like to see more organized activities on the premisis, and an activities coordinator. Beach volleyball would be fun to play. This hotel could be better about marketing what it has to offer.

Not only is the property breathtaking but the staff was absolutely phenomenal. This was an experience that we will never forget in a positive way. Once we got back home we were ready to take off again to visit this lovely hotel.

Not only were we impressed with the decor but the cleanliness as well. I would highly recommend this hotel to other family members and friends.

This was our second time at the Fiesta.We were here last year at spring break and absolutely loved it,so it was only natural to return to what had been an awesome resort the year before...man,we were so NOT disappointed...The resort itself is just immaculate. Everywhere you go someone is primping the place up.They are in like a constant state of cleanliness.Our rooms both years have been great.Balcony views of the gardens,pools&ocean,awesome...And the staff just can't be beat.From the the moment you arrive they are attentive of your every need.Last year we had a poolside waiter that absolutely rocked named Carlos.His service was probably the best I have ever experienced anywhere,anytime.Our first day at the resort this year,we headed for the pool,and...you could'a knocked me over with a feather,...Carlos was still there.He even remembered our names and drink preferences.How cool...He obviously had gained seniority,as his boss from the year before was gone, and he was running the crew at poolside.Once again we wanted for nothing.As that Carlos had expanded duties,he assigned us, HIS, top man,Alex...These guys just do it right.Better service just can't be found.And, Carlos did keep checking in on us to make sure everything was just right.Also,if you golf,...this is the place,...The 2 adjacent golf courses,the Nicklaus designed Ocean Course and the Weiskoff Desert Course were recently ranked the number 1& 9th courses in Mexico.The Ocean Course is a little pricey,...But it's a once in a lifetime course to play,absolutely stunning...Oh, be sure to get down to the fire pit at night to see the gitaurist,Hector,...man, the guy is good...don't miss it. Hey Fiesta,...see you next year...

We come to cabo approximately 3-4 times/year from San Diego. This is our 2nd stay at Fiesta Americana and absolutely our last. For the price (even if you lock in a low price on Travelocity, Oribitz, etc) the rooms are small and outdated, the service is mediocre at best, the restaurant is overpriced with poor/slow service, and the pool area gets loud at 8am. Gym charges $10/day to use, and wireless internet is not included. There are so many other options in Cabo, and I think Fiesta Americana is overpriced and overrated for what they provide to their guests. The one plus is their grounds, which are very beautiful....but so are all cabo hotels.
