This was our favorite place in Cabo, and we ended up eating here twice during the week. The vegetarian pasta and hamburgers were both great. Fajitas were just OK. The pear salad was awesome. The wine selection was pretty limited (for a "wine bar"), but the Argentinian cab we had was quite good and reasonably priced. The cornmeal dessert was surprisingly good. It kept us out of Señor Sweets one night at least. Wait staff was very nice and attentive.
Don't be scared away when it looks empty. We were the only customers both nights. Perhaps it is the off-the-beaten path location, but it's worth looking for.
