Over several visits I've sampled much of the menu at Healthy. Any smart foodie knows to bring a friend or several and sample their selection, if they will let You! I have visited maybe 10 times and tasted; Chicken Caesar wrap(more like a Greek pita), Eggs Benedict, corn and carrot cakes, Red Salad, Sirloin Burger, Pancakes, Chicken entree, Salmon entree, and excellent house Lattes (boozy of course) though the espresso quality could be higher. Breakfast and lunch are great however in my opinion, dinner leaves much to be desired in terms of flavour, finish, and value. I found the evening menus bland and unappetizing and the entree my fiancé had was over spiced with sage and salt. Great ambience any time of day, classy decor, kind and earnest service. I love the pear salad so much, I can't bring myself to order anything else. The dressing is perfect, the shredded turkey is delectable, wonderful garnishes on simple fresh greens. Excellent breads, lovely, worldly fusion of ideas and cuisines in a very well executed style.
My only other criticism would be the ratio of price to value. Portion size is perfect, but you will break the bank if you aren't dieting and wish to eat more than the average Hollywood starlet. Also, for a restaurant named Healthy in such close proximity to the organic market, I expect wild, not farmed salmon, organic produce and free range chicken, rather than (seemingly) Costco purchased ingredients. I don't mind paying premium prices for the best quality, but not a markup on the same stuff I can buy and cook myself for half the price. All in all, definitely worth a visit, and one of the better decorated, originally designed, well thought out restaurants in Cabo.
