I was really happy with my stay here. I just stayed in a studio, and to my suprise it was really big, clean and nice! definitely worth the $85. They have a small pool and jacuzzi on their deck, which was very very nice and relaxing. They had great views of the ocean and of downtown cabo. The only drawback is that there isn't a phone in the room and there really isnt a staff. There is one guy who works there (that i saw) and he is very very nice, but I dont believe he's there all thru the night. I wouldn't recommend this place if it is your first time in cabo san lucas, but if you are a regular like myself.... and want to get away from the tourist feel, this spot is great. Its just very very relaxing and no hassle. The only thing i wish they'd do is get a soda machine or some sort of vending machine. Be prepared with your own food and drinks and If your cell phone doesn't work and there is no one in the office (this happened to me quite a bit), then you are out of luck.
So... just make sure you have 1) a cell phone that works 2) a number to a taxi service 3) be prepared to cook for yourself.
