My husband, daughters and I just returned from a very relaxing vacation at Terrasol Beach Condos. The pool areas and grounds are very pretty and it made a pleasant change from the hustle and bustle of the other resorts we have stayed at in Cabo.

We loved the close proximity to downtown Cabo and found the prices at the pool bar for breakfast and lunch to be very inexpensive.

Terrasol is a small property and my daughters were able to enjoy the pool areas for hours on end.

We rented a studio for $120 per night through Cabocondos.com and it was very adequate for our family. Great bargain and a great location.

Regardless of what the owner of #162 says, we did not receive our deposit and the unit was in disrepair. Contact me for more info. Watch out for renting units at Terrasol!

Her deposit was returned. This person has decided to try and ruin me for some SICK reason. I always believe this type of behavior is based in jealousy.

My unit is located in the newer phase of Terrasol and is beautifully maintained and I have never received a complaint like this before! DON'T BELIEVE HER!

Other owners that rent their units may say something negative about mine because my prices are more competitive. I am the owner so I can offer better rates directly to the guest, without the use of a property manager.

We just returned from our 5th trip to Terrasol and we were completely impressed. This is the only little beachfront oasis within easy walking distance to downtown Cabo San Lucas. Beautifully manicured beach grounds, incredible ocean views, well maintained condos, NO TIMESHARE activity and a peaceful, tranquil atmosphere are what attracts us to Terrasol. The new little poolside snack bar serves both breakfast and lunch at very affordable prices. Armando, the Manager, is completely receptive to the needs of his guests and the fact that the condos are privately owned is unique in Cabo.

We booked condo#215 and condo#123 -both had spectacular views and were very affordable. The price ranged from $100 per night for the studio to $180 per night for a one bedroom oceanfront condo with full kitchen. We found all of the information on ----.

There are lots of private owners offering affordable deals but few tour companies representing the property. The average price of $500 is VERY misleading.

Looking for a beachfront bargain? This is it.
