We spent 3 nights at this the Los Milagros hotel and had a wonderful time. The location is perfect. 2 blocks from everything, yet it is on a side street and out of the way of most noise and traffic.

First, what this hotel is. It is a clean, comfortable hotel with rooms that are relatively small but adequate in size. All the necessities are present. The toilets flush, the water is hot, and bugs are nonexistent. The pool is really small but the setting and the ambiance is outstanding. And, you can’t beat the price. It is really a place for the seasoned traveler who has been there and done that wants to get the most mileage as possible out of the dollar.

Sandra, the owner and a seasoned traveler herself, is very accommodating and will do what is necessary to make sure you have all the tools and information to enjoy your stay. But, she is not a concierge. This is the right hotel for the right person.

Internet, very important!! Sandra has WiFi but you have to ask her for the code. She does not, to my knowledge, have computers available for public use. I did not see any.

Now, what this hotel is not. It is not a hotel for someone who needs to be on the beach, needs to have $30 hotel breakfasts (who can really eat that much and if you really can do you really want to admit it?), or needs to be around 10 thousand newly met friends around an over crowded pool or beach area. And, it is not a hotel for someone who likes to spend $2-300/night. The $80/night rate at Los Milagros is the best deal in town.

Close to the hotel are excellent restaurants that charge what your typical restaurant at home would charge. I did five dives over the weekend while in Cabo and use Deep Blue Divers. They, too, were outstanding.

I highly recommend this hotel.

FYI, I will be diving in The Seychelles in July. Look for my review. Happy travels!!

We decided to stay at the Los Milagros because of the great reviews on Trip Advisor. We spent 3 days in Cabo prior to spending the week at our timeshare in San Jose Del Cabo. Los Milagros is conveniently located and is within walking distance of the Marina, shopping and restaurants (and we did walk everywhere). When we got tired and hot during our day out we'd head back to Los Milagros, our oasis, take a nap or cool our feet in the pool, freshen up and then go out to dinner at one of the restaurants (Patagonia,
Mi Casa, Misiones de Kina) that Sandra, the owner, recommended.

It was so casual and friendly there that guests would sit and chat with each other. It's not fancy but we appreciated the cleanliness with housekeeping services provided daily. We had a room on the 2nd level which opened onto a terrace - at night it was very peaceful and quiet. We loved the bougainvilla, the fountain and being surrounded by an adobe wall which keeps the noise and dust out. There are 12 guestrooms and I would consider it more of an inn than a B&B - only coffee is provided in the morning.

Sandra was very friendly and helpful with recommendations for restaurants and beaches and also airport transportation (which saved us some $$). If we ever plan to return to Los Cabos we will surely stay at the Los Milagros again!

Los Milagros, on a side street of Cabo San Lucas, is the best deal on the Baja. If you stay on the beach, you pay a lot more
without getting to know the real Baja. At Los Milagros, you
feel like you're more connected to everything in town: to the people who are ex patriots from a host of places around the world, the locals, and even to the zooty spots where you can spend a day of lazy pool-side pampering. We went all over the Baja: to Nine Palms way out on the East Cape, to Todos Santos, to Cerrito's, to the Cabo Surf Hotel.

We counted the clouds for the week ---on one hand.

The guests at Los Milagros are from all over the planet, and the congenial atmosphere on Sandra's deck or by the pool is ideal
for feeling like you're part of a larger community of world-wide friends.

Dining is wonderful. Breakfast at Spencer's, Lunch at Buzzard's,
dinner at a small taco place down the street ( 2 rounds plus best mexican food anywhere--- 5 people. $58 USD- including tip!!!!)

Highly recommend this spot to anyone.

Los Milagros is cheap and charming. Sandra the owner is nice once you get to know her. I stayed here for one night when I was in town on business. Go to Missiones de Kinos for a fabulous dinner!!
Great courtyard and clean rooms. Not fancy, but safe even though as you walk in you wonder. Overall good experience if you are on a budget.

I've been to Cancun, Puerto Nuevo and Puerto Vallarta so I thought I knew what I was going to find in Cabo.
It wasn't great.
The only oasis there was our stay at Los Milagros.
Walking distance to the marina which is a focal point of Cabo and far enough away from the uber-touristy streets.

Sandra, the hotel owner, will give you off the beaten path recommendations for restaurants.
The pool within the enclosed courtyard of Los Milagros is wonderfully refreshing after a dirty walk through town.
We stayed up late most nights playing backgammon just outside the penthouse suite.
Free filtered water available downstairs, very cool music throughout the day (Sandra burned us a CD of a sampling) and quite frankly under priced for the value you get from this place.
