We stayed at the Siesta Suites for one night. It is a hidden treasure! Great location, everything is within walking distance. It has all the amenities you need; a stove, full size refrigerator, table and chairs, utensils, pots & pans. The bed was a little hard, but for the price you can’t complain. The pool is small yet very nice. We had lunch and a few drinks at the restaurant, the price was average and the drinks were very good. The atmosphere was perfect.

The Crazy Lobster is a block away and it is the most affordable place to eat. You can have 2 lobster tails and a NY steak for $17! Not to mention the cheapest shots of tequila we could find in Cabo (7cent) Jose Cuervo Shots. The shots of Don Julio were approx. $2.50.

If you are shopping and looking for a bargain, stay off the main street. The back streets are the best for shopping. The prices are a lot cheaper and you can negotiate to have them brought down even more. These streets are all easily accessible from the Siesta Suites. We will definitely come back on our next trip to Cabo.

I was part of a group of seven guys who spent three nights at Siesta Suites, and staying there added so much to our special getaway. Centrally located within easy walking distance to all the clubs and Marina, nice affordable rooms, and a wonderful onsite cafe/bar. For an even more unique experience, book the rooftop penthouse and have a beautiful view of the entire city.

We only had one night in Cabo but we were instantly charmed. If you like feisty little felines you'll love Siesta Suites, home of the fabulous gato Mamma. She greeted my boyfriend one morning while he was getting some refreshments and followed him right into our room. She proceeded to tell him what was what... loudly. A great atmosphere, a great price and a great location, what more can you ask for?

I saw the positive reviews for this hotel and decided to give it a try. We were going to Cabo San Lucas just for a few days, never been there before, and didn't want to spend alot of money at the resorts. This place was PERFECT! It was very inexpensive, right in the heart of downtown, a few blocks from the Marina, and so COZY and comfortable. The front desk person was so pleasant and polite, the small restaurant onsite served good and cheap breakfast and lunch. We had a wonderful time at the Siesta Suites.

Just got back from Spring Break. We had an awesome time to say the least. We stayed in the penthouse for a week, and the view from the top can't be beat for the price. The room is nice, and the kitchen was handy to have. We had 3 guys staying there, and we definitely managed alright, even with just a double bed. One guy would sleep on the couch (though it is really tiny) or we pulled one of the lawn chairs inside and layed it out. Great spot for Spring Breakers because it's within walking distance to EVERYTHING. We didn't take a taxi once. We had tons of friends staying at the luxurious resorts and they spent hundreds on taxis during the trip. The bar/restaurant just re-opened downstairs, and the people running it are a really friendly couple. Great breakfasts in the morning, and good deals on drinks. It does get a little loud at night, but it's downtown Cabo so what would you expect? Turn on the air conditioner if you want to block some of the sound out. There is a great taco stand around the corner. The guy who makes the tacos calls himself "The Fifth Beatle" and he sings Beatles songs at 7:30 at night. $1 tacos, probably some of the best I've ever had. Many other nearby restaurants are excelled, especially The Crazy Lobster. Delicious surf 'n turf for $17.

I really recommend staying here if you are a traveler on a budget, a college student, or someone looking to stay a nice place with a helpful staff that is nearby all the places you want to visit while in Cabo! We will definitely stay in the penthouse again next time!
