Dozens of glass-bottom boats brings hoarded of tourists here. The swimming was nice, and the snorkeling was probably fantastic. Seeing the wild Pacific (in Cabo the Pacific is very rough) was a cool comparison to the Sea of Cortez.
However, I could not fathom how this could still be called Lover's Beach. The guys working the boats will give you this tour and tell you how romantic "Lovers Cave" is supposed to be, and all of that type of stuff. But really, the cave is only 15 feet deep and opens right in front of anyone, no loving happens in there. This beach is no more romantic than anywhere else, unless you could miraculously get it privately, and you probably arent about to be ABC's The Bachelor any time soon.
Oh, and it is secluded and the boats drop you off for about an hour. THERE IS NO SHADE, NO WATER, and obviously no bathroom. Peddlers will RENT out shady spots, they're in cahoots with the boat people. Dont go without sunscreen or sandals.
