What a beautiful hotel. Small and simple. Hotel is under wonderful management. Service could not be better. Kids club is wonderful. Nice beach with view of the arch. Very laid back. You have access to the sister hotels, Sunset and Rosa which you should take adventage of. Beautiful sunsets at the Sunset. The hotel is in good location. Close to the crazy downtown area if that's what you like. Great restaurants up and down the beach close to the hotel so you really don't have to go downtown. Highly recommend this hotel if you want to go to Cabo.

Just got back from Cabo with 4 of my friends and we stayed at PB for 5 nights and it was great. The first night they did not have the room we booked available so we had to cram into a junior suite. 5 guys in 2 beds and a cot was not a good time, but they did move us the next day to a luxury suite on the second floor with a patio as big as our room. We had a great view and Teresa did give a $50 food & beverage voucher and we also ended up with about 16 free drink coupons. We hung out at the pool most of the time and it was always a great time with volleyball and frozen ritas. We met alot of nice people there and the staff was very good. The food was also good.

We loved this hotel. We expected to stay in a 1BR, but were upgraded to a master suite - it was spacious, maid service could not have been better, the colors were aesthetically pleasing, the beds comfy (except the sofabed, which never is), and we had a great view of the pool, palms and the sea of Cortez from our balcony & living room. The staff were friendly, and went out of their way to be helpful and personable. The ocean was swimmable, but the weather was cooler and cloudier than usual, so we swam in the warm pool. The food was excellent, the margaritas expensive, but worth the beachfront ambiance of one of the restaurants (& there's happy hour). Massages next door at Pueblo Bonito Rose were superb. We went to a timeshare presentation for Pueblo Bonito Sunset (not mandatory), and saw this stunning place, and received $200 off our food/drink bill + discounted massages. Some have complained of the beach sellers - they stay behind a cordoned off hotel area, so interaction with them is optional. An unanticipated extra: 59 sea turtles hatched from their nest in the sand in front of the hotel over two days - the hotel staff has been trained in survival techniques, since they are endangered, and eased their entry into the world and eventually the sea - it was very touching (see photo - they were gathered and released all together). They also were very caring with our 92 year old mother, who needed some assistance. The hotel is moderate in size, and right on the beach, so it's very easy to get around and to relax in the sun. PB Blanco is not secluded, dramatic or frenetic - it’s easy, relaxed, cheerful, attractive & friendly, with terrific views. which was perfect for us.

It was our first time to Cabo and this hotel. Based on reviews and the package we found via Travelocity, we had high hopes for this trip.

The hotel lobby was cramped and drab. Pool was extremely SMALL and overcrowded. Our room had seashell bedspreads and tiles. Ummm...seashells? The view from the balcony was blocked by a family of palm trees. Our first meal was in the restuarant downstairs. Despite being the only patrons, we waited for more than 20 minutes to be served water. Oh, and by the way, we were almost robbed by three shady people. This was reported to the hotel, who shockingly, acted ambivilant about the whole ordeal. A great way to start the vacation...

Location was great....within walking distance of dowtown (shops, restuarants, etc). Because this hotel is part of a chain in Cabo, it was a very nice feature to be able to utilize the other hotels, specifically the Holistic location. If we were to come back again, rest assured, it would NOT be Pueblo Bonito Blanco.

Our family of 5 plus a friend, 16yr old daughter and friend, 14 yr old son and 12 yr old son, myself and husband, just returned from a week in Cabo San Lucas. We could have stayed longer. We stayed at the Pueblo Bonito Blanco. I was pleasantly surprised how lovely the hotel was. We had a junior suite for the 2 girls and a master suite for the rest of us. Both were comfortable and well appointed. The little kitchenette was a big plus for a quick breakfast or snack. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of downtown. However, we felt little need to leave the hotel. All activities are available at the hotel or on the beach in front of the hotel. The beach is a perfect beach for swimming, which cannot be said for all beaches in Cabo. We were able to set up parasailing,ATV tours, kayaking. scuba diving, snorkeling, fishing and jet skiing all at the beach. Some activities are within a short walk of the hotel or a shuttle can be provided. Everyone we met was very friendly and accomodating.
The staff at the hotel is very attentive and they make an effort to remember your name and needs from day to day.
Be generous with your tipping and your will get service above and beyond the already exceptional service.
I hightly recommend this wonderful hotel and would not hesitate to stay there again.
