“Great hotel & staff!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 30, 2014

My entire family (party of 13) vacationed at Pueblo Bonito Blanco on the week of 4th of July. From the check-in personnel to the waiters & bartenders, the staff was excellent!! Andres & Luis at the front desk were very friendly, helpful and very informative about all their services and gave great advice on the nearby activities, nightlife, etc. They provided excellent service! Bartender Freddie Sanchez was a great bartender and provided great service as well!! Great hotel to stay!!

I traveled here with my husband and another couple. We opted out of the all-inclusive. We are used to the Palace Resorts so the service and experience didn't compare but it was budget friendly. We got what we paid for. The beds weren't very comfortable but we LOVED the location on Medano Beach.

Pros- location, free shuttle to the other properties, ocean view rooms
Cons- beach vendors are ANNOYING and they never stop, the only free wifi is in the deli downstairs, drinks and food was pricey compared to many places located up and down the beach, kids are everywhere so don't go if you are wanting a quiet relaxing vacation (go to Pacifica Resort for that) 40 minute van ride from the airport

Our favorite place to eat was a short walk down the beach at Tobasco's. (Delicious, cheap tacos and burritos)

The Mango Deck down the beach is a fun environment during the day (wouldn't recommend taking kids.....wet t-shirt contests ect.)

Nightlife downtown was fun at Squid Roe. We also had a good time at the casino located above the mall at the marina playing craps and roulette.

We didn't spend much time in the rooms so it served its purpose. I would stay somewhere else if you like to spend lots of time at the resort and in the room, however, if you like to go out and about, this place was great.

Room Tip: All rooms have a great ocean view with the arches in the distance

For starters we were constantly hounded about buying into time shares. They in my opinion were inadequately staff and seem to cater to the “All Inclusive Crowd”. Some of the staff for the most part were very nice and did not mind referring you to local spots for dining.

The so called Executive Suite was a bit dated and only had one bathroom with a shower head that functioned when it wanted too. We could not really enjoy the beach because of the pesky peddlers – who were sometimes downright rude.

We stayed at Pueblo Bonito Los Cabos Blanco the week of July 4th. Fabulous hotel good location and the all inclusive is the way to go. Has a sister hotel (PB Rose) that you have access too. Staff is great however the bartenders tend to ignore you if you don't tip them for every drink. Food was fabulous green chiliquiles is the new favorite. Take plenty of cab money it is $10 one way at the cheapest to basically anywhere. Great place will definitely go back.

Room Tip: they all face the ocean not a bad room to be had.

We stay in Cabo twice a year. Each time, we try to stay at the Pueblo Bonito Blanco. The front door staff is first class along with all the other service personnel. They assist any way they can with accomodations, services, and recommendations. We will continue to stay at the hotel as long as we can.

From the time we arrived we were marketed to. Sales pressure from the lobby to do time shares, to every minute on the beach with locals selling trinkets and more time shares. This went on day and night!
No naps on the beach!
Every move you make is on camera too. New friends of ours from Richmond were escorted to the office and threatened with the loss of all inclusive privileges for giving a bottle of water to my wife and a sip of a drink to see if that is what she wanted to order. All of this was on film. It could have been handled much better.
I need a vacation from my vacation!

We arrived at the hotel and it had a relaxed atmosphere. We met "Andrea" at the front desk who had a beautiful smile and gave us a very warm welcoming. She was very attentive to our special needs and nothing seemed to be a problem. Andrea works extremely well with the public and is an invaluable asset to Pueblo Bonito.
Our housekeeper, Ana was fantastic too! She made beautiful towel sculptures on a daily basis and kept the room impeccably clean!
Erika at the concierge took the time to help us rectify a transportation problem and we really appreciated that.
The service at beach side was great....Margarita and Francisco being especially helpful & attentive!
The breakfast service was good too - David, Daniel, and Samantha were very kind and service oriented. We loved the new girl Natalie!
We did the all inclusive plan and are happy we did.
GREAT TRIP .... WE WILL BE BACK SOON!!!

Room Tip: Request an ocean view!
