Owner description: Wild Canyon is a world-class adventure park located in the third fork of El Tule Canyon. El Tule Canyon is an amazing place. The moment you get there, you’ll immediately feel captured by its magic. Situated in the middle of the Baja desert, the canyon features an oasis on its bottom, keeping the vegetation lush and green. And, of course, from here you’ll never lose sight of the breathtaking sparkling Sea of Cortez. In the heart of the park, you’ll find a tempered glass gondola hanging 300 feet above the canyon floor. It’s reached via a cable car in order to perform different activities that send you flying through the air. Other adventures include off-road tours with visits to the beach, zip lines of up to 2,500 feet long and a restaurant serving up great food in the heart of this amazing natural biosphere. Without a doubt, Wild Canyon is a one-of-its-kind place that you will not want to miss while in Los Cabos.

“What a Ride!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 16, 2009

On 1/2/09 my husband, son, granddaughter, and I rode the Wild Canyon Adventure in Cabo San Lucas. We had a great time. Staff is wonderful--explained thoroughly the technique for each of the eight zip lines, offered encouragement, friendly, patient, funny, and safety was always at the fore. Walking from station to station was sometimes challenging but the exhiliration, sense of accomplishment, and bragging rights at the end were worth each step.

Who knows? Maybe we will do it again next year!

“The most exhilarating experience in Cabo San Lucas”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 25, 2008

We participated in the Zip-Line excursion of Wild Canyon Adventures. [-]/. For $85 USD per person, this was such a deal. They supply you with water. The staff is VERY knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The are very supportive and caring. They WANT you to have a great time and will do anything to make that happen. It is a bit scary at first, but after you do your first zip...it's all fun! You will get lots of exercise from hiking from one line to the next. Make sure you are wearing comfortable clothes and shoes! They take pictures for you too and are available for purchase at the end of the trip. If you are going in summer, make sure you drink lots of water and wear sunscreen. We went in December and it was 75 degrees and perfect! Transportation to and from is provided. The ride to and from is in itself an awesome experience. I would do it again in a heart beat. You even have time to bungee jump too.

“A little rough but worth it”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 25, 2008

We just got back from a cruise to Cabo and included the Wild Canyon tour in our day off the ship. We were picked up just a short distance from the tenders and driven to the site in a nicely air conditioned van. It was hot, and humid and this made several of the hikes kind of a death march, but we were allowed to trek at our own speed and rest as needed. They gave us a bottle of water when we started and had five gallon water coolers at each zip line station. The guides were wonderful and made the tour most enjoyable. We were allowed to take our own photos and the guides even took a few for another one of the guest. In spite of the energy zapping heat and humidity, my wife and myself would do this again in a heatbeat.

“Mexican Death Hike”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed July 31, 2008

My wife called this a mexican death hike for a reason. When we arrived nobody told us that we were going to be climing up long lengths of mountain between each jump. The jump sites are not close to the landings at all and it was HOT. People were sitting in the sand at points resting between the jumps and trying to get more water when they had it, which was warm. Maybe this is a fun tour in December but it was hot in July.

“Awesome way to spend a Cabo morning!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 29, 2008

Everything the other reviews state are the truth, but they didn't mention the professionalism and care of the employees of the park. Zip lining can be fatal, if a mistake is made. These guys checked everything at least twice, you are clipped in twice and you can do this without holding on! The only negative to letting go is that you can't use the brakes. For some folks that would've been a good thing, since they habitually overbraked, stopped before the end of the line and had to either pull themselves in (not that difficult) or one of the operators would clip on and go out to them and pull them in. I highly recommend this attraction, although it is hot! Wear good walking shoes, put on beaucoup sunblock, and let it rip!
