I recently returned from my third trip to San Miguel de Allende, with Las Terrazas being my home for the visit. I discovered this gem through mutual friends a few years ago and cannot imagine staying anywhere else. Each visit has reinforced my satisfaction with the manner in which Greg and Murray operate for the pleasure and convenience of their guests, starting with the shuttle picking me up at the airport in Leon (Greg offers several options for transport) and dropping me at the door of Las Terrazas, where a bottle of wine and flowers greet me along with my host(s). Greg has recommended and arranged for tours in the surrounding area which were very, very enjoyable, and his suggestions for restaurants were always on point for my tastes. San Miguel is such a treasure trove of history, architecture, culture, and its people that I would be hard pressed not to have enough to fill my time there, visit after visit. It's a safe place where I have no problem walking alone during the day, and at night the cabs are very inexpensive. I've visited San Miguel on my own and with friends, and now Greg and Murray have become my friends too. I can't wait for my next adventure there and to staying at the very beautiful Las Terrazas B&B.
