If you survive the haphazard greeting and the long wait you will probably enjoy the good food. Service is sort of disastrous, but friendly, they seems to be used to apologize. Its probably the worst on Saturdays when the restaurant is full. On weekdays it seems to be a lot better.
Food is Good, worth waiting for , but perhaps not quite as long as might be necessary on a Saturday though. Cuisine is slightly Mexican with strong U.S. and International influence. To be a resort restaurant, which it is, food is surprisingly good the open kitchen is a nice touch. It is not cheap.
