The four of us had multiple appetizers and shared the whole, Pacific Red Snapper baked in a salt crust. Wow, oh so tender and moist, likely the best snapper we've ever had. Highly recommended. We dined with several bottles of great wines and to the sounds of a great baby grand piano player. The young chef is attentive and helpful and ready to give advise. Our waiter was always there and helpful. The atmosphere is modern Mexico, beautiful indirect lighting, with warm earthy colors. This evening meal with new friends was one of the best we've had in San Miguel so we'll be back.
