We are regulars to the Vail valley and always on the lookout for a new dining venue. This restaurant opened in the spring and is tucked away behind what was Christy's Sports. The Sports store is being renovated at the time of writing and it makes the restaurant look as though it is part of a partly demolished building. Don't be put off. Once you get inside the interior is modern and contemporary. There is a nice bar area and then a second dining room at the rear. The kitchen is fully exposed and the staff looked calm and in control despite a pretty busy dining room. The menu is interesting and the small plates are not that small. The roasted cauliflower is really good. The steak combo was very good and also the mixed greens. You should try this place before it gets known, friendly staff, well prepared food and a decent wine list. I bet we will have trouble getting a reservation come the ski season.
