I loved this place. The food is extremely authentic, with the creators of the restaurant using old family recipes of traditional Mexican meals and veganizing them. What an amazing treat. When else, as a vegan, will I be able to eat cochinito in a taco? Restaurare uses the same marinade and technique as traditional cochinito but substitutes in a soy meat instead of pig. This makes for an amazing Taco Piblin. Honestly, everything I had there was fantastic. I went for two meals, and my partner and I shared dishes, so I was able to try a lot. I only wish I had discovered the restaurant sooner and I would have eaten there a few more times! So special. You must visit.
