“Fun place with great fish tacos!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 22, 2013

A regular stop when we are on the beach road in Tulum for fish tacos and a cold drink. Order the grilled not fried tacos. Three large tacos and probably enough for two with an appetizer to share. Beach prices but a great location and really cool sunset loft to enjoy the sunset at happy hour.

“Fun, delicious place for fish tacos, sunset cocktails”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 6, 2013

I love fish tacos, and Mateo's kills 'em. Preferred the fresh fish tacos to the Baja style, but both were outstanding. Ceviche and salsas also really great.

Delightfully heavy-handed pours from the bar, and a nice panoramic view in the evening from the Sunset Lounge. Good music too.

Ate here three or four times over a week in Oct '13. Can't wait to go back!

“A must when in Tulum!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 27, 2013 via mobile

We were very impressed with the atmosphere at first. Its a great setup, and amazing location. The food was awesome, burritos and tacos in particular were too die for. The owner Mateo was so funny and friendly that it made our dinner experience special. We strongly reccomend this restaurant when in Tulum....Franca.Peter.Roma.Robert and Claudio!!!

“Great service”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 24, 2013

Good food, great service, great atmosphere! The manager came over to greet us, so I bought a souvenir T-shirt. They have a nice 3-story observation deck to watch the sunset over the jungle.
Parking can be tight. They have about 5 parking spots. There's jungle on the edge of the "road" so no street parking. Most people probably walk from their "hotels" though. Glad we went!
