We didn't really know what kind of food we were in the mood for on the night we decided to try Salt Rock for the first time. We were happy with our choice, as the menu truly provided a fusion of flavors. We shared some vegetarian sambusas, he had the balsamic salmon, and I had the spicy peanut chicken and rice dish. The owner approached us and was very friendly. She informed us she had only been open for six weeks, but already she seemed to have gathered a good clientele and nothing but excellent ratings here on TA. We were convinced to try the apple and pear streusel, and she brought us out a bit of brownie also. Everything was great, and exactly what we were unknowingly craving.
