“Can't recommend this condo enough”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 24, 2014

Such a great location! Playa del Carmen is a city, but this condo is on a quiet leafy road - really nice cafes for breakfast, and cute little bars around the corner.
Literally on the beach, which was a bit quieter and nicer then 50 metres down more into town...

Loved our own open garden...

Very spacious, would love to return again. Thank you for making our holiday so much more enjoyable :)

P.S we were here for BPM festival, Mamitas club and a few others are literally around the corner but not too noisy...

We spent a week at the condo and loved every minute. It is beautifully decorated and has everything one needs to be completely comfortable. Our favorite area was the private terrace with hammocks which allowed us to be outdoors even when it was raining. There was enough space for the five of us to have privacy when we wanted it. We really appreciated that the kitchen had every amenity necessary for cook a full meal. The beds were comfortable. The grounds workers at the condo were most helpful and pleasant and helped with whatever we needed. Security was very good. We also appreciated having the beach towels, chairs, and umbrella for our use. The location was perfect- close enough to walk to everything, but far enough away to be private and quiet. Our only minor complaint would be the spotty housekeeping, for example, we had to buy our own bath soap because we were not left with enough. The only other thing to mention to other travelers is something that is not the fault of the condominium. The beach closest to the condo smelled strongly of sulphur (rotten eggs) the entire time, most likely from seaweed starting to decompose. It was not as strong of a smell up or down the beach but unfortunately seemed to be centered at the closest beach entry to the condo. We never did find out why it was concentrated there! The beach at that area however is quite beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and would not hesitate to recommend this property, and hope to return.

Very nice condo, near the beach, and near the best restaurants and bars of 5ta Av. is very quiet inside but near from the best places to hang on. You hace all you need inside if you dont want to go out some day, big kitchen, A/C, nice pool, Cable, TV etc

This is the 4th time we have rented this particular condo (A-101). It is on the ground floor and the patio would rival the Garden of Eden. It is so tropical and beautiful. There is a covered veranda as well so you can still enjoy the outdoors if it is raining. The condo itself is beautiful with the Mexican tile in the kitchen and both baths. The furnishings are lovely too! It is so convenient to the beach and also the shopping on 5th Avenue. The unit is also close to the pool.I would not even consider staying anywhere else in Playa. It is truly my favorite place on earth. Toni Mote, Aurora, Colorado

This is our second year in a row staying at Natz Ti Ha and both stays have been great. Staff is always around, helpful and ensuring privacy and security. The location at the north end of the strip and one block off the beach is perfect - close to everything, but still pretty tucked away and quiet. The room (B301) is a two bedroom unit. It is very clean, nicely decorated and very comfy for my family. In all, this is a great complex to base your Playa vacation out of.

We spent a month in Casa Catalina. Booking was seamless, and great service from the agent throughout our stay. The one tiny issue we had (small leak in sink) was immediately dealt with.
Condo is well furnished and decorated, and the kitchen exceptionally well equipped, including a supply of bottled water. The location is great as it is so close to the beach, on a quiet street, yet so near 5th Ave it is only a few minutes walk to the 'biz''.
Codo has great beach chair, towels cooler etc...everything you need for the beach. Also the pool is well looked after, plenty loungers and has sun and shady areas for lying out..the weekly visit from the delightful lady who cleans the apartment was an appreciated bonus.
Thoroughly recommend...

We spent a week here, in a 3 bedroom unit. We loved having a full kitchen to prepare breakfast before a day of touring. The location is wonderful, close to shopping, great restaurants and a minute walk from the beach.
We never used the pool but the area was beautiful.
It was nice to stay in a place that provided everything we needed for our stay, including beach towels.
