The 1/4 baguette w/butter and homemade jam took me into bread heaven: 'the continental' 68peso= Hot beverage (coffee?) + 1/4 baguette + very buttery croissant.
' Countryside ' 88pesos- Hot bev, fresh OJ (w/pulp) smoked ham & cheese omelet or 67pesos scrambled eggs w/ homemade boursin cheese...melt in your mouth. This place cannot be beat for breakfast.
They have a full line of pastries inside and the eclair chantilly w/sliced strawberries 42peso was out of this world. The croissant con alme...(sorry) was divine 26pesos. Mimosa 60pesos.
Chez Celine has a great exchange rate so you can use your US$.
The chairs are uncomfortable- bring a pillow.
It's Chez Celine I pine for the most because I'm a breakfast person & a bread person.
