“This was a great day out for the family.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 22, 2013

we were travelling with a 10 and 14 year old. this was an awesome day out, much more than we were expecting. we had a ball. we suggest you go early and dont expect to leave until after the show, poss around 9pm. everything about this place was great. Very natural ecostyle park. we suggest you bring snorkel gear, you can save some money. don't need much else except your togs- you will be in them all day. a wrap for the ladies!

“Not what was expected”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed May 20, 2013

We had heard such great things about this park and were looking forward to it. It was a little pricey but we figured we'd go for it. We were disappointed. Most of the animals weren't out or weren't easily seen, the underground river was crowded and felt dirty (we couldn't wait to get out of it!) and there wasn't as much to see as we had hoped. The show was okay - some parts were pretty neat, others just felt they were dragging. It's not a place I'd recommend unless you get it for an incredible discount.

“Do the All-inclusive package”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 20, 2013

The natural lazy river is beautiful. Climbing up the cliffs to jump over two stories down is thrilling. The rope bridge and zipline into the water are fun (these are small). The food is good and the drinks are as well. If you go over the bridge on a stormy day be careful. This is not for the frail or the drunk. You will probably fall over. I went to this went I was very small and it seems like the biodiversity has been lost. Just small fish now in the snorkling area. Also, there is a lot to do that costs extra. It's probably more fun to just watch people with the dolphins and manatee. For instance, two girls did the manatee experience and then got so scared when it came near them they pushed the instructor towards it. If you are really adventurous, only do a half day here. It will be enough.

“Worth the money and time!”

A beautiful, grand national park! We loved every minute of it, was our second visit. We all learned so much about the history of Mexico. The nightly show is amazing and something you will not forget.
