Every bite of food was delicious but this restaurant has some serious challenges to overcome. Our reservation (9ppl) was at 8:30pm. We were seated at 9:10pm. The Servers were as accommodating as possible and offered us tequila shots on the house. We didn't really want shots but appreciated the offer. The restaurant was full. We ordered our food right away. We were finally served after 11pm. We understand that the kitchen couldn't cook for full capacity but the restaurant should either cut down their capacity or expand the kitchen. Under no circumstance is this acceptable. It was one of the more expensive meals in Playa and requires better delivery time for the food. While we patiently waited it would have been appropriate for the Servers to offer more bread etc but they didn't and seemed flustered with the situation. We had a few seafood platters which were extremely tasty. Our only complaint with the platters was the portion size is too small. I would strongly suggest that they provide a good potion of pasta with this dish. It is 700 pesos per platter...pasta is inexpensive and would be a perfect addition. At the end we were given 2 Tiramisu desserts. Again delicious and appreciated!!! I hope Romeo fixes its problems quickly as I'd love to return but at this point it is too frustrating.
