I'd heard about trove so was delighted to stumble upon this spot. It was intimate and off the beaten tourist track. I loved the history on the walls, the performers and the ambience. The music was good, low key. The servers were pros.
Drank a 'sangrita' which is a shot of tequila served with a thick tomato/lime/bitters/peppers/ salsa-like shot. It was great.
Loved being there. It was certainly worth the cover charge.
