I like to try new and different coffee shops and found this place on my first night in Merida. I made a note to come back the next day but on closer look at the menu I saw they had some nice pasta dishes so I decided to eat dinner. I found a table on the beautiful patio with nice white wrought-iron chairs - very inviting. The mango Margarita I ordered was outstanding - cold, nice glass and the right size. The fettucini alfredo was delicious though it had a bit too much sauce, nevertheless very good. The rest of my time in Merida I judged the Margaritas based on what I had at Cafe Chocolate and none measured up. I went back again and had another pasta dish but can't remember which but it was also delicious. You know, I never had a coffee there because I only drink it at a certain time of day but I would venture to say it probably would have been hot and tasty. I'll just have to go back. Service good, they take credit cards and ambiance is nice - they're located in a old building, nice architecture with seating indoors and outdoors. I say go outside if there are tables. Don't miss this wonderful establishment.
