I enjoyed my dinner, and my companion's was fine as well, but what we really loved about the place was the dining oasis created in this garden restaurant. The intimate setting, privacy, friendly and capable service, and lush garden combine to create a special feeling. There are only two seatings, so there is plenty of time to relax and enjoy the courses.
Seating is out of the wind. A few of the garden tables are not under cover, but there are contingency plans and the staff watches the forecast. You'll need reservations. I dressed up a little - my good flipflops and a sun dress - but the dress code can easily be summed up as, 'wear some,' in laid-back Quintana Roo. We loved the tzaziki appetizer. We asked for pita bread (available with the Labane cheese appetizer) instead of parmesan bread and they were happy to oblige.
