“Best local food”

Went every morning for breakfast! Delish! Food was unique! A little warm. Probably could use more fans!

“Great little cafe/restaurant”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 13, 2014

My wife and I rented a golf cart and drove the entire island of Isla Mujeres stopping off at each restaurant/bar that looked cool. Mango was a great find as the food was great and was right across the street from the beautiful Guadalupe Church. We were only able to try a number of their appetizers as we had to get on our way but the food coming out of the kitchen to other tables looked amazing. We had the empanadas which were great.

“#1 on Isla? I don't think so.”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 11, 2014

Mango is a nice little spot in the center of the island. To far to walk from Playa Norte or Punta Sur. It's July in Mexico, so it's hot, but they offer fans to help with that. Service was friendly and efficient. But we were here to eat. The food was good, but none of us (party of 5) thought it was great. Not much value in my opinion, over priced for that you get. World famous coconut french toast? You need to call it "dry almond toast" why top coconut french toast with a bunch of slivered almonds and not one shred of coconut? The Mango did not live up to the HYPE!
